Our chefs describe their cuisine as "mountain or backcountry fine dining with an eclectic flair". Our guests are delighted by every meal, created with fresh ingredients and organic meats. We feature British Columbia wines from the Okanagan Valley chosen by our wine representative. Our wine selection varies in price and taste, our bartender or staff members will be happy to advise on their favourites. We do charge a corkage fee for wine brought into the lodge by guests.
